East Hartford, CT— Max Gilley has been a successful horticulture representative for BioSafe Systems in California for four years and is a valuable member of the team. He recently transplanted to the Midsouth and will be transferring his skills and knowledge base to the horticulture market from Missouri to Texas and Louisiana.
Taking over the California region in Horticulture sales is our newest representative, Dusty Barroso. He comes to BioSafe Systems with enthusiasm and experience in the horticulture industry promoting the use of biological methods and chemical treatments with multiple ornamental crops, cannabis, veggies, and strawberries. He is a self-proclaimed, “bug nerd” and has been a licensed Pest Control Advisor since 2019. PCA licensing includes extensive knowledge of insects, plant pathology, weed control, plant growth regulators, and principles of integrated pest management.
Eric Smith, the National Horticulture Sales Manager said, “Max’s move to the Midsouth territory and Dusty’s arrival in California strengthen our team by
adding another PCA in Dusty, who furthers BioSafe Systems’ effort in helping grower’s IPM programs with both chemical and biological aspects, while Max’s experience in California provides top-notch support to new markets. Most importantly, we are bringing more resources to support our grower customers
and distribution partners.”
